Preparación de los cables Cable preparation

El tipo de calbe que se debe utilizar

es el FOP (Fibra Óptica Plástica). Ø

externo 2,2mm, Ø de la ﬁ bra óptica 1

mm. Cortar el cable FOP y ﬁ jarlo en el

disco de pulir para proceder a rebajar

el punto de contacto por abrasión. El

cable debe sobresalir 0,5mm.

The used cable type is POF (Plastic

Optical Fibre). Outside-Ø 2,2mm,

ﬁ bre Ø 1mm.

Cut the POF cable to the desired

length. Insert and ﬁ x the cable into

the polishing disc. The cable should

protrude approx. 0,5mm.

Pulir la superﬁ cie de contacto de la

ﬁ bra óptica con el disco y el papel de

esmeril de grano 1000.

Grind down the ﬁ bre end with the

polishing disc and polishing paper,

1000 grit.

Nota:

Los mejores resultados técnicos

con la ﬁ bra óptica se obtienen con un

mejor procedimiento de pulido.

CT-AIWZ/POF.

- Contactos macho 19mm,

- Contactos hembra 14mm.

- Pin contacts 19mm,

- socket contacts 14mm.
